Local Citizens Committee

The primary role of the local citizens committee in the forest management planning process is to communicate local interests and discuss management options with the planning team and the District Manager, and to advise the District Manager on issue resolution.

Local Citizens Committee (LCC) represent many organized groups that have a stake in forest management activities. The Sudbury LCC meets 8 - 10 times per year. If you would like to be in contact with the representative of any of the following groups, contact Tim Lehman at the Sudbury District Ministry of Natural Resources at (705) 564-7875.
